Eligibility
Both members must:
Be 18+ (or have a guardian signature if 16–17)
Sign the liability waiver
Check in individually on each visit
Follow all ESG rules and policies
Members do not need to be related — any duo can sign up.
Billing Structure
One cardholder pays $140/month total
Auto-renews every 30 days
Both accounts remain active as long as the payment method is valid
If the card fails:
Both members lose access until the payment is cleared
