Annual Membership Cancellation Policy Annual memberships are billed upfront or at a discounted rate in exchange for a 12-month commitment. All annual memberships are non-refundable and non-cancelable once activated. Members may request cancellation only under the following circumstances: Permanent relocation outside of a reasonable travel distance Documented medical condition preventing training for the remainder of the term Any approved early termination may be subject to: A cancellation fee or Conversion of the annual rate to the standard month-to-month rate for months used, with the remaining balance due Written notice is required for all cancellation requests.
